2. Next, select the Project Type you are considering (i.e. Retrofit, New Construction or Gut Rehab)
3. Last, view the list of downloadable case study PDFs. The first 2 letters of each filename is the state where the deal was done. Each PDF will have the Improvement Type in parentheses after its name: EE (Energy Efficiency), (RE) Renewable Energy, or both
