Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey all have active C-PACE programs. In all three states, most of the more populous counties and cities have enabled C-PACE, with more being enabled every month. 

In Pennsylvania, there are two programs, Philadelphia C-PACE, for Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania C-PACE, for the rest of the state. Learn more.
