Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York and Washington DC all have active C-PACE programs. New Jersey is expected to become active soon. 

In Pennsylvania, there are two programs, Philadelphia C-PACE, for Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania C-PACE, for the rest of the state. 

New York also has two programs, NYC Accelerator, for New York City, and Open C-PACE, for the rest of the state. 

In Maryland, there are two programs, Montgomery County C-PACE, for Montgomery County, and MD PACE, for the rest of the state. 

In Delaware, the program is administered by Delaware PACE. 

In Washington DC, the program is administered by DC PACE.

In New Jersey, one program, Garden State C-PACE, (which is not yet active), covers the entire state.
